Job Overview

The Financial Inclusion Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing financial inclusion strategies and programs to increase access to financial services for low-income households, small businesses, and microenterprises. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial inclusion concepts, principles, and practices, as well as experience in designing and implementing financial inclusion programs.

The Financial Inclusion Specialist will work closely with the bank’s management team, staff, and stakeholders to develop and implement financial inclusion strategies and programs. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial inclusion strategies and programs to increase access to financial services for low-income households, small businesses, and microenterprises
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for financial inclusion
• Design and implement financial inclusion products and services, including savings and credit products, payment services, and insurance products
• Develop and manage partnerships with stakeholders, including microfinance institutions, NGOs, and community-based organizations
• Provide training and technical assistance to bank staff and stakeholders on financial inclusion concepts, principles, and practices

Required Skills

• At least 3 years of experience in financial inclusion
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field
• Strong understanding of financial inclusion concepts, principles, and practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
