Job Overview
The Chief Financial Controller will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial integrity and regulatory compliance of our operations in the region. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation of all monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Lead the internal audit process and ensure all banking regulations are strictly followed.
- Manage the group’s tax strategy and ensure timely compliance with Liberian tax authorities.
- Provide detailed financial forecasting and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure seamless annual audits.
- Monitor cash flow and manage liquidity to optimize the bank’s capital position.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the banking or financial services sector. Salary
