Job Overview

The Digital Payments Analyst will play a pivotal role in shaping Mastercard’s payment ecosystem in Liberia. Reporting to the Payments & Innovation Manager, you will analyze transaction data, monitor market trends, and develop insights that drive product enhancements and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze transaction data to identify usage patterns, fraud trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product teams to design and launch new digital payment features tailored to the Liberian market.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
  • Conduct market research on competitor offerings, regulatory changes, and consumer behavior.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Understanding of digital payment ecosystems, card‑based transactions, and mobile money platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams.

Education

Experience

Salary

The compensation package ranges from SSP 1,200,000 to SSP 2,000,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Performance‑based bonuses and incentives may be offered.
