Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital financial inclusion strategies for rural and urban communities.
• Collaborate with mobile money providers and banks to integrate user-friendly financial tools.
• Design training programs for community agents and financial institutions on digital service adoption.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of financial inclusion initiatives using data analytics.
• Represent Grameen Foundation Liberia at industry forums and policy discussions.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in financial inclusion, digital payments, or microfinance.
• Strong understanding of Liberian financial regulations and market dynamics.
• Proficiency in digital platform design and user experience optimization.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-sector collaboration skills.
• Fluency in both English and Liberian languages (e.g., Kpelle, Bassa).

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Advanced degree (Master’s preferred) in Development Studies, Public Policy, or Technology.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in financial services, digital innovation, or social impact projects.
• Previous work in Liberia or other Sub-Saharan African countries is advantageous.

Salary

1,500,000 – 2,500,000 SSP per annum, commensurate with experience.
