Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to lead user experience initiatives for our emerging digital platforms in the region. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end user experience design process for new product features and complex digital interfaces.
• Conduct extensive user research and usability testing to gather qualitative and quantitative data.
• Create detailed wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy.

Required Skills

• Exceptional communication skills to present design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret user data to drive design iterations.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree in a specialized design field is highly preferred.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably within a large-scale software company. A strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving through design is mandatory for all applicants seeking Employment in Liberia with Adobe.
