Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Educational Curriculum Designer to lead the development of comprehensive learning frameworks in the IPAN region. This role is critical for our mission to modernize vocational and secondary education standards. The successful candidate will design, implement, and evaluate instructional programs that align with international benchmarks while remaining deeply rooted in the socio-economic needs of the local community. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive curriculum frameworks for secondary and vocational education levels.

Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of seven years of professional experience in curriculum development, preferably within an international development or large-scale academic setting. Proven experience in working with diverse stakeholders in West Africa is a significant plus. You should have a track record of designing curricula that have been successfully implemented in formal education systems.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 450,000 SSP to 650,000 SSP, depending on the candidate’s expertise and previous experience in the field.
