Job Overview
Liberia Digital Solutions Ltd. seeks a visionary Digital Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle of innovative digital products. Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization based on market research and stakeholder feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA) to deliver high-quality digital products
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities for product differentiation
- Manage product budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Monitor product performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements
- Represent the product to clients and internal stakeholders
Required Skills
- Proven experience in digital product management or software development
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in product lifecycle management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.)
- Fluency in user experience (UX) design principles
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in Product Management (e.g., PMI-ACP) are advantageous.
Experience
3-5 years of experience in digital product management, preferably in a tech startup or software development environment. Experience with e-commerce platforms, mobile app development, or SaaS solutions is a plus.
Salary
1,500,000 – 2,500,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and performance.
