Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize sustainable manufacturing processes for raw material transformation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate eco-friendly technologies into production workflows.
- Conduct audits to identify energy-saving opportunities and waste reduction strategies.
- Ensure compliance with national and international environmental regulations.
- Train staff on sustainable practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy systems and circular economy practices.
- Proficiency in CAD software and process simulation tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bilingual (English and French) preferred.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Advanced certification in Sustainable Manufacturing (e.g., LEED, ISO 14001) is an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years in manufacturing process optimization.
- Experience in West African industrial environments is highly desirable.
Salary
1,500,000 – 2,500,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
