Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostic testing and troubleshooting on turbine governors and electrical control systems.
• Execute preventative and corrective maintenance schedules for large-scale hydroelectric generators.
• Monitor plant performance metrics to optimize water flow and power output efficiency.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement upgrades and system modifications.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with international safety and environmental standards.
• Supervise junior technicians and provide technical guidance during complex repairs.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in reading complex electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.

Education

A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related technical field is mandatory. Professional certifications in high-voltage safety or industrial automation are highly preferred.

Experience
