Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Telecommunications Network Engineer to join our technical team in Gbarbo. This role is critical to ensuring the stability, scalability, and performance of our telecommunications infrastructure across the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network architectures that support high-volume data traffic. This is a high-impact role within our engineering department, requiring a deep understanding of radio access networks, core network protocols, and IP-based technologies. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize large-scale telecommunications network architectures to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
  • Lead the deployment of new network hardware and software upgrades across various sites.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex network outages or performance degradation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into existing infrastructure.
  • Monitor network performance metrics and provide detailed reports to senior management.

Required Skills

Education

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in telecommunications network engineering, preferably within a major service provider or equipment manufacturer environment. Proven experience in large-scale network deployment is essential.

Salary
