Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to join our Security Operations Center (SOC) in Voinjama. This role is critical to our mission of protecting our clients’ digital landscapes from evolving cyber threats. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, detecting, and responding to security incidents, as well as conducting proactive threat hunting and vulnerability assessments. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network traffic and security logs to identify suspicious activity and potential breaches.
• Lead incident response efforts, including containment, eradication, and recovery from security incidents.
• Conduct regular vulnerability scans and coordinate remediation efforts with IT infrastructure teams.
• Perform deep-dive forensic analysis on compromised systems to determine the root cause of breaches.
• Develop and refine security playbooks and standard operating procedures for the SOC.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior security analysts within the team.
• Stay updated on the latest threat intelligence and emerging cybersecurity trends.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) tools.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and other core networking protocols.
• Expertise in firewall management, IDS/IPS, and endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or MITRE ATT&CK.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for investigating complex security events.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical risks to non-technical stakeholders.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly preferred and will be considered an advantage during the selection process.

Experience

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a cybersecurity role, preferably within a Security Operations Center (SOC) or a similar high-stakes environment. Proven experience in incident response and threat hunting is essential for success in this position.

Salary
