Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and implement RAN solutions for LTE and 5G technologies, ensuring optimal coverage and capacity.
- Conduct drive‑test measurements, analyze performance data, and execute optimization strategies to improve key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with core network, RF, and transmission teams to integrate end‑to‑end solutions.

- Develop and maintain detailed network documentation, including design schematics, configuration files, and performance reports.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and field technicians.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of LTE, 5G NR, and radio frequency engineering principles.
- Proficiency with network planning tools such as Atoll, Planet, or similar.
- Experience with drive‑test equipment and performance analysis software.

- Effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
- Ability to work independently in remote locations and manage multiple priorities.
Education
A Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required. Advanced certifications such as Cisco CCNP, Nokia NRS, or Ericsson certifications are highly desirable and demonstrate a commitment to professional growth.
Experience
