Job Overview

The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing the end‑to‑end procurement cycle for construction materials, services, and subcontractors on Bechtel’s projects in Liberia. This includes sourcing, negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and optimizing cost efficiencies while maintaining quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with project timelines and budgetary constraints.
