Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the procurement of operational equipment and supplies to ensure zero downtime in logistics activities.
- Negotiate with local and international vendors to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms.
- Monitor shipment statuses and coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure timely arrival of cargo.
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions and inventory levels within the company database.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize storage and distribution workflows.
- Identify potential supply chain bottlenecks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with international trade regulations and company policies.

Education

Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in procurement or logistics coordination, preferably within a large-scale international logistics or manufacturing environment. Proven experience in vendor negotiation and managing complex distribution networks is essential.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 45,000 SSP to 65,000 SSP, depending on experience and qualifications.
