Job Overview

The Marine Logistics Coordinator will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of cargo movements, ensuring seamless coordination between vessels, port authorities, and inland transportation networks. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate vessel arrivals, cargo loading/unloading, and terminal operations.
  • Manage logistics software systems for real-time tracking of shipments and inventory.
  • Collaborate with customs, shipping lines, and third-party logistics providers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare detailed reports on logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in maritime logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.

Education

Salary

2,500,000 – 3,500,000 Liberian Dollars (SSP) per annum, commensurate with experience.
