Job Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of integrated online marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and revenue growth for Google’s products and services in Liberia and the broader West African region. This role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams, including product, sales, analytics, and creative, to design campaigns that resonate with local audiences while aligning with global brand standards. The manager will oversee paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, and email automation, ensuring optimal performance through continuous testing, optimization, and reporting. The position reports to the Regional Marketing Director and contributes to the overall marketing roadmap for the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans that support business objectives and regional growth targets.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms, optimizing spend and ROI.
- Lead SEO and SEM initiatives, including keyword research, on‑page optimization, and link‑building strategies to improve organic visibility.
- Create, curate, and distribute engaging content for blogs, videos, infographics, and social media channels.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other analytics tools, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align messaging, launch new features, and support lead generation efforts.
- Oversee email marketing automation, segmentation, and personalization to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of assets and alignment with regional events and holidays.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to supplement internal capabilities.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, introducing innovative tactics to the team.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate findings into strategic recommendations.

Salary
The compensation package ranges from SSP 150,000 to SSP 250,000 per month, commensurate with experience and performance. Additional performance‑based bonuses may be awarded based on key performance indicators.
