Job Overview

We are seeking a highly accomplished Chief Hospitality Operations Director to lead our flagship luxury resort in Gbarnga. This executive-level position is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the property, including front office, food and beverage, housekeeping, and guest services. The successful candidate will be tasked with implementing strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction, optimize operational efficiency, and maximize profitability. As a key member of the regional leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the hospitality landscape in Liberia. Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee all daily operations of the hotel to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Develop and execute strategic operational plans to achieve financial and service objectives.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of department heads and staff members.

Education

Experience

A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in luxury hotel operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management or director-level role. Proven track record of managing large-scale hospitality assets is essential.

Salary

The offered salary range for this position is 450,000 to 750,000 SSP per annum, depending on experience and performance metrics.
