Job Overview
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Avionics Technician to join our technical team in Walvis Bay. Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostic tests on aircraft avionics systems to identify malfunctions.

- Troubleshoot complex wiring issues and replace faulty electronic components.
- Collaborate with flight crews to resolve reported cockpit instrumentation discrepancies.
- Maintain meticulous technical logs and documentation for regulatory compliance.
- Ensure all tools and testing equipment are calibrated and stored according to safety standards.
Required Skills
- Expertise in reading and interpreting complex electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Proficiency in using digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers.
- Strong knowledge of FAA and EASA aviation safety regulations.
- Ability to perform precision soldering and wiring in confined spaces.
- Analytical mindset with a systematic approach to troubleshooting electronic failures.

Education
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Avionics, Aeronautical Engineering, or a closely related technical field. Specialized certifications in aircraft maintenance (A&P license or equivalent) are highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage during the selection process.
Experience
The ideal candidate should have 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in aerospace avionics maintenance.
