Job Overview
The Construction Project Coordinator will support the Project Management Office in planning, executing, and monitoring construction projects from inception to completion. Working closely with engineers, subcontractors, and local authorities, the coordinator ensures that project schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in developing detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate daily site activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and local regulations.
- Prepare and distribute progress reports, meeting minutes, and change order documentation.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and flag potential cost overruns.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and government officials to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain project filing systems, ensuring all permits, drawings, and contracts are up‑to‑date.
- Support quality assurance processes by conducting site inspections and documenting findings.

Salary
The compensation package ranges from 2,500,000 to 4,000,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Salary is paid in Liberian dollars and includes statutory benefits.
