Job Overview

The Clinical Data Manager will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of clinical data systems that support ongoing health programs across northern Liberia. This role is responsible for ensuring data quality, compliance with international standards, and timely reporting to stakeholders. You will work directly with field clinicians, epidemiologists, and program managers to translate raw data into actionable insights that drive program improvements and resource allocation. Key Responsibilities

• Support the analysis of health outcomes, trends, and impact assessments to guide program adjustments.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in data management software (e.g., REDCap, OpenClinica, MS Access, SQL).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex health data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.

Education
