Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop business opportunities in the agriculture sector that can help increase agricultural productivity and improve food security
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the agriculture sector
  • Develop and implement business plans and strategies to support the growth of the agriculture sector
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including farmers, agribusinesses, and government agencies
  • Provide technical assistance and support to farmers and agribusinesses to help them improve their productivity and competitiveness

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as agriculture, business, or economics
  • At least 5 years of experience in agricultural development, business development, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of the agriculture sector in Liberia and the West African region
  • Excellent business development, marketing, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as agriculture, business, or economics, is required for this position.

Experience

At least 5 years of experience in agricultural development, business development, or a related field is required for this position.

Salary

The salary for this position is SSP 50,000 – 80,000 per month.
