Key Responsibilities (Job Description)

The Waitress will play an important role as the first point of customer interaction, ensuring guests receive quality service and enjoy a positive dining experience.

Main Duties Include:

  • Welcoming and greeting customers professionally upon arrival
  • Escorting guests to tables and ensuring seating comfort
  • Presenting menus and explaining food and beverage options
  • Recommending menu items based on customer preferences
  • Taking food and beverage orders accurately
  • Serving meals, desserts, drinks, and refreshments efficiently
  • Upselling or cross-selling menu items where appropriate
  • Receiving customer orders through phone calls and WhatsApp and coordinating deliveries
  • Maintaining clean and organized dining areas and table settings
  • Ensuring cleanliness of customer facilities, including restrooms
  • Cooperating with kitchen and service staff to maintain efficient operations
  • Following health, safety, hygiene, and customer service standards
  • Supporting additional restaurant operational duties as assigned

Education & Qualification Requirements

Applicants should possess:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
