Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Integrity Engineer to join our specialized infrastructure division in Gbarnga. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead forensic investigations into structural failures or unexpected material degradation.

  • Review and approve technical reports regarding material durability and structural stability.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on complex engineering problems.

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in structural modeling software such as SAP2000 or ANSYS.
  • Deep understanding of international building codes and structural standards.
  • Expertise in non-destructive testing (NDT) methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in high-pressure environments.
  • Excellent technical writing and communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
  • Ability to manage complex technical projects within strict timelines.

Education

A Master of Science in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering is required. A PhD in a related field is highly preferred. Professional licensure (PE or equivalent) is mandatory for this senior-level position.

Experience

A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in structural engineering, specifically within large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects. Proven track record in managing structural integrity programs is essential. Experience working in West African or similar emerging markets is a significant advantage.

Salary

The annual salary for this position ranges from 450,000 to 650,000 SSP, depending on experience and technical expertise. This package is competitive and reflects the seniority of the role.
