We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Pharmaceutical Research Scientist to lead critical drug discovery projects within our specialized laboratory facilities. Key Responsibilities

- Supervise a team of junior researchers and laboratory technicians in daily experimental operations.

- Collaborate with regulatory affairs teams to ensure all research complies with international safety standards.
- Draft comprehensive technical reports and scientific manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals.
- Manage laboratory resources, including procurement of specialized reagents and maintenance of high-tech equipment.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in statistical analysis software such as GraphPad Prism or R.
- Exceptional scientific writing and technical communication skills.

- Deep understanding of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and international regulatory frameworks.
Education
A PhD in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, or a closely related life sciences field is mandatory for this position. Post-doctoral research experience in a pharmaceutical setting is highly preferred.

Salary
The annual salary for this position ranges from 450,000 SSP to 750,000 SSP, depending on the candidate’s expertise and research track record.
