Key Responsibilities
- Conduct rigorous internal audits of flight operations and maintenance procedures to ensure compliance with ICAO and local aviation authority standards.
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety management systems (SMS) to proactively identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Collaborate with flight crews, engineers, and ground staff to foster a non-punitive safety culture.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management with actionable recommendations.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure all company protocols are updated accordingly.
- Investigate safety incidents and conduct root cause analyses to prevent recurrence.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in aviation safety, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance, preferably within a major international airline or aerospace manufacturer. Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 450,000 SSP to 750,000 SSP, depending on experience and technical qualifications.
