Job Overview

The Procurement Compliance Auditor will play a critical role in ensuring that all procurement activities within our regional operations align with both international regulatory standards and internal corporate policies. Key Responsibilities

• Review procurement contracts to ensure all terms and conditions meet legal and organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile procurement records with actual expenditures.
• Prepare detailed audit reports for senior management, highlighting areas of non-compliance and suggested improvements.
• Monitor vendor performance and compliance with environmental and social responsibility standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of updated procurement policies and procedures.

• Deep knowledge of international procurement standards and regulatory compliance frameworks.

Education

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Law, or a related field is required. Professional certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) are highly preferred.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience in auditing, procurement, or supply chain management. Previous experience within a multinational technology or professional services firm is strongly preferred. Proven experience in conducting complex audits and managing stakeholder relationships is essential for success in this role.

Salary

The offered salary for this position is between 45,000 SSP and 65,000 SSP, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications. This salary is subject to local tax regulations and benefits packages.
