The Precision Machining Specialist will oversee the design, setup, and operation of CNC machining centers to produce complex components meeting international quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Program and operate CNC machining centers for precision component production
- Conduct quality control inspections using calibrated measuring instruments
- Maintain and optimize machining processes to meet production targets
- Collaborate with design engineers to translate technical drawings into manufacturing specifications
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules for machining equipment
- Train junior technicians in advanced machining techniques
Required Skills
- Proficiency in G-code and M-code programming
- Experience with Haas or similar CNC machining systems
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T principles
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems
- Problem-solving skills for process optimization
- Excellent attention to detail for precision work
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Technology
- CNC Machining Certification (preferred but not required)
Experience
- 3-5 years in precision machining environments
- Experience in aerospace or automotive manufacturing sectors
Salary
1,500,000 – 2,200,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
