Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Petroleum Refinery Operations Manager to join our team in Harper, Liberia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our refinery, ensuring the safe and efficient production of high-quality petroleum products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in refinery operations management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. They will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of operations personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the refinery, ensuring the safe and efficient production of high-quality petroleum products
- Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead and direct a team of operations personnel, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor and analyze refinery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in refinery operations management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
