Position Overview

CSquared Liberia is seeking a skilled NOC Technician to monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot critical telecommunications and network infrastructure. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring maximum network uptime, service quality, and operational efficiency across fiber, wireless, and enterprise connectivity services.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance using NMS platforms.
• Detect, troubleshoot, and escalate network incidents.
• Maintain service availability and uptime targets.
• Analyze alarms and system logs.
• Support fiber optic and wireless network infrastructure.
• Coordinate outage resolution activities.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly network reports.
• Manage ticketing systems and service requests.
• Perform preventive maintenance checks.
• Support data center monitoring activities.
• Collaborate with field engineers and vendors.
• Maintain documentation and operational procedures.

Education Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related field.
• CCNA certification preferred.
• Additional networking certifications advantageous.

Experience Requirements

• 2–5 years of NOC or telecommunications experience.
• Experience with network monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of IP networking and fiber infrastructure.
• Experience in ISP or telecom environments preferred.
