Key Job Responsibilities

Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL)

The MEAL Manager will:

  • Develop and manage the project MEAL framework, Theory of Change, logical framework, and performance indicators.
  • Design and implement baseline studies, assessments, monitoring systems, and evaluation plans.
  • Develop qualitative and quantitative data collection tools and methodologies.
  • Establish strong data quality assurance systems, reporting mechanisms, and donor compliance frameworks.
