Job Overview
The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function for our operations in Liberia. This will involve developing and implementing financial plans and strategies, analyzing financial data and trends, and providing insights and recommendations to senior management. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in financial planning and analysis.
The role will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet deadlines is essential. The successful candidate will be a team player who is able to work collaboratively with colleagues across the bank to achieve our goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial plans and strategies for our operations in Liberia
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting and forecasting
- Collaborate with colleagues across the bank to achieve our goals and objectives
- Provide training and support to junior staff members
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
- 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet deadlines
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field is required for this role. A Master’s degree or professional certification in finance or accounting would be an advantage.
Experience
At least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis is required for this role. Experience in banking or financial services would be an advantage.
Salary
The salary for this role is 500,000 – 1,000,000 Liberian Dollars per annum, depending on experience.
