Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging e-learning modules using authoring tools like Articulate and Adobe Captivate
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to align content with national curriculum standards
• Integrate multimedia elements (videos, animations, interactive quizzes) into digital learning platforms
• Conduct quality assurance testing of educational software and online learning systems
• Provide training and technical support to educators using digital learning tools

Required Skills

• Proficiency in e-learning authoring software and LMS platforms
• Strong understanding of pedagogical principles and instructional design
• Experience with video production and graphic design tools
• Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills
• Knowledge of Liberian education system and curriculum requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
