Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end digital ecosystems for clients in diverse sectors.
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate technologies like IoT, blockchain, and AI into operational workflows.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to identify digital transformation needs and opportunities.
- Develop strategic roadmaps for digital adoption aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor global digital trends and adapt solutions to local market conditions in Liberia.
Required Skills
- Expertise in digital architecture frameworks and cloud-native solutions.
- Proven experience with enterprise software integration and API management.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating digital maturity and ROI of tech initiatives.

- Fluency in Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Advanced degrees (Master’s or PhD) in Digital Innovation preferred.
Experience
3-5 years of experience in digital transformation consulting, preferably with projects in emerging markets. Prior experience in Liberia or West Africa is a plus.
Salary
15,000,000 – 25,000,000 SSP annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
