Job Overview
This role is part of Bechtel’s initiative to enhance construction safety protocols in Liberia’s growing infrastructure sector. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement safety protocols aligned with OSHA and local regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate safety hazards
- Train construction teams on safety procedures and emergency response
- Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety into project planning
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Ensure compliance with environmental and labor laws during construction operations
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in construction safety management systems
- Strong understanding of Liberian and international safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities
- Fluency in English and local dialects (preferred)
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary construction teams

Education
