Job Overview

This strategic leadership role will oversee climate adaptation projects in Liberia’s agricultural sector. The position requires managing cross-sector partnerships, coordinating with local stakeholders, and implementing evidence-based climate resilience strategies. The role is based in Gbarndean, a key agricultural hub in Liberia, and will work closely with smallholder farmers, research institutions, and government agencies to develop adaptive farming techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement climate adaptation strategies for smallholder farming communities
  • Coordinate multi-stakeholder partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, and research institutions
  • Monitor and evaluate climate resilience project outcomes using standardized metrics
  • Develop climate risk assessments and adaptation plans for vulnerable regions

Salary
