Job Overview
The Chief Urban Planner will lead the strategic design and implementation of comprehensive land-use plans and urban development frameworks in Grootfontein. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term comprehensive master plans for urban and peri-urban areas.
- Lead the review and amendment of zoning ordinances and land-use regulations to facilitate sustainable growth.

- Conduct detailed impact assessments to evaluate the environmental and social consequences of proposed developments.

A minimum of 12 years of professional experience in urban planning is required, with at least 5 years in a senior management or lead consultant role.
