Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of complex robotic automation systems for large-scale manufacturing plants.
  • Supervise a multidisciplinary team of automation engineers and technicians to ensure project success.
  • Develop advanced algorithms for robot motion control, path planning, and obstacle avoidance.
  • Conduct rigorous testing and validation of robotic cells to ensure compliance with international safety standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate robotic systems with existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
  • Optimize robotic performance through continuous data analysis and machine learning model updates.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in PLC programming (Siemens, Rockwell) and industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, PROFINET).
  • Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, and MATLAB.
  • Deep understanding of computer vision and sensor integration (LiDAR, ultrasonic, and 3D cameras).
  • Strong project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities in high-pressure industrial environments.

Education

A Master of Science (MSc) or PhD in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field is mandatory. A strong academic background in control theory and artificial intelligence is highly preferred.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in industrial automation, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or supervisory capacity. Proven experience in deploying large-scale robotic cells in a manufacturing setting is essential. Salary
