Job Overview
The Chief Maritime Security Officer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive security protocols for all maritime assets and operations within the Liberian coastal waters. This high-level role involves assessing potential threats, managing security personnel, and ensuring strict compliance with the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code. As a key leader in our security department, you will work closely with port authorities, government agencies, and international maritime bodies to mitigate risks related to piracy, smuggling, and unauthorized access. This position is vital for maintaining the integrity of our supply chain and ensuring the safety of our crew and cargo. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive maritime security strategies to protect vessels and port facilities.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability audits of all shipping routes and docking locations.

- Liaise with the Liberian Maritime Administration and international law enforcement agencies.

Salary
The competitive salary for this role ranges from 45,000 to 65,000 SSP per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
