Job Overview

The Agricultural Technology Specialist will lead the integration of modern farming technologies, data analytics, and precision agriculture solutions within Cargill’s Liberian operations. Working closely with the Research & Development department, you will design, test, and implement tools that improve crop yields, reduce input costs, and support sustainable practices. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and pilot precision agriculture technologies such as soil sensors, drones, and mobile apps.
• Analyze field data to generate actionable insights for yield optimization and resource efficiency.
• Collaborate with local farmers and extension services to train and support technology adoption.
• Coordinate with Cargill’s supply chain teams to align technology solutions with processing and logistics requirements.
• Monitor and report on project performance, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards.
• Prepare technical documentation, case studies, and stakeholder presentations.

Required Skills

Education
