The Infrastructure Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of major road, bridge, and public works projects in Gbarnga and surrounding regions. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full project lifecycle from feasibility studies to commissioning, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans using industry‑standard software.
  • Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, procurement teams, and local authorities to secure permits and approvals.
  • Monitor construction progress, conduct site inspections, and enforce safety and quality standards.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and overseeing performance.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and client representatives.

Required Skills
