Job Overview

The Petroleum Production Engineer will be responsible for optimizing hydrocarbon extraction processes at Chevron’s offshore and onshore fields in Liberia. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute production plans that align with field development strategies and corporate objectives.
• Monitor well performance, analyze data, and implement artificial lift, stimulation, or workover interventions as needed.
• Coordinate with drilling and completions teams to ensure seamless transition from drilling to production phases.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, adhering to Chevron’s rigorous standards.
• Prepare technical reports, production forecasts, and cost‑benefit analyses for senior management.
• Participate in field audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Education

Experience

Minimum of five (5) years of hands‑on experience in petroleum production engineering, preferably with exposure to West African oil fields. Demonstrated experience in well performance analysis, production optimization, and project management is essential.

Salary

The compensation package ranges from SSP 150,000 to SSP 250,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The package includes performance‑based bonuses, health insurance, and retirement benefits.
