Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize daily order processing workflows to meet service level agreements.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and local delivery partners to ensure timely inbound and outbound shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using Amazon’s proprietary systems and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service team to resolve order‑related issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare operational reports for senior management, highlighting key trends and recommendations.
