Job Overview

The Supply Chain Analyst will support Unilever Liberia’s end‑to‑end supply chain operations, focusing on demand planning, inventory optimization, and performance analytics. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze historical sales data and market trends to develop accurate demand forecasts for all product categories.
• Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and distribution centers, recommending adjustments to minimize stock‑outs and excess.
• Collaborate with procurement to align purchase orders with forecasted demand, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting key supply chain metrics such as fill rate, order cycle time, and cost per unit.
• Identify process bottlene​cks and propose data‑driven improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support the implementation of ERP and advanced planning systems, providing user training and troubleshooting.
• Work closely with the sales team to incorporate promotional activities and new product launches into the supply plan.
• Ensure compliance with Unilever’s sustainability standards, including waste reduction and carbon footprint monitoring.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Salary
