The Flight Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily flight activities, coordinating with pilots, ground crew, and regulatory authorities to maintain on‑time performance and compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and file accurate flight plans in coordination with air traffic control and local authorities.
- Manage crew rosters, ensuring compliance with duty‑time regulations and qualifications.
- Monitor flight progress and communicate any deviations, delays, or operational issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with ground handling, maintenance, and catering teams to guarantee on‑time departures and arrivals.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of flight logs, crew certifications, and regulatory documentation.
- Assist in the analysis of operational performance metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
- Liaise with the commercial department to align flight capacity with market demand and promotional activities.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, including ICAO and local Liberian civil aviation requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with diverse internal and external partners.

Education

Experience
A minimum of three to five years of hands‑on experience in flight operations, airline scheduling, or a similar role within the aviation industry is required. Prior exposure to West African aviation environments will be considered a strong asset.
