Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Agronomy Research Scientist to lead our field research initiatives in the Lofa region. This critical role is essential for developing high-yield, climate-resilient crop varieties tailored specifically to the West African soil profiles and weather patterns. The successful candidate will design, execute, and manage complex field trials, analyze large datasets, and translate scientific findings into actionable recommendations for local farmers and commercial agricultural enterprises. Key Responsibilities
