Job Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our specialized infrastructure team in Lofa. This role is critical to the success of our large-scale construction projects, where you will be responsible for analyzing soil, rock, and groundwater conditions to ensure the stability of massive structural foundations. This is a high-impact role that requires a deep understanding of subsurface mechanics and the ability to lead complex site investigations. Key Responsibilities

Education

Candidates must possess a minimum of a Master of Science in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field. A PhD is highly preferred for this senior-level position.

Experience

A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in geotechnical engineering, specifically within large-scale civil infrastructure or heavy industrial projects, is required. Proven experience in sub-Saharan African terrain is a significant advantage.

Salary

The offered salary range for this position is 450,000 to 750,000 SSP per annum, depending on experience and technical expertise.
