Job Overview

The Senior Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Specialist will play a critical role in our West African operations. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage comprehensive Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA) for diverse industrial clients.
• Coordinate field surveys, data collection, and baseline studies involving biodiversity, soil, water, and air quality.
• Develop detailed Environmental Management Plans (EMP) and mitigation strategies to minimize project footprints.
• Liaise with government regulatory bodies in Liberia to secure necessary environmental permits and clearances.
• Facilitate community stakeholder engagement sessions to ensure social license to operate for large-scale projects.
• Review and audit client environmental management systems to ensure continuous compliance with international best practices.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in environmental modeling software and GIS (Geographic Information Systems).

Education
