Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Fleet Coordinator to join our growing operations team in Bomi City. This role is critical to ensuring that our transport assets are utilized efficiently and that our delivery schedules are met with 100% accuracy. The successful candidate will oversee a diverse fleet of vehicles, coordinating with drivers and maintenance teams to ensure seamless movement of goods. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily vehicle dispatch schedules to optimize route efficiency and fuel consumption.
- Monitor driver performance and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and local traffic regulations.
- Maintain detailed logs of vehicle maintenance, inspections, and fuel usage.
- Liaise with warehouse managers to synchronize vehicle availability with cargo loading schedules.
- Manage relationships with third-party vehicle repair services and spare parts suppliers.
- Generate weekly reports on fleet utilization, downtime, and operational costs.
- Ensure all transport documentation, including waybills and manifests, is accurate and compliant.

Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory. Professional certification in Fleet Management or Logistics Operations is highly preferred.
Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in fleet coordination, transport management, or logistics operations, preferably within a multinational logistics firm.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 45,000 SSP to 65,000 SSP, depending on experience and performance metrics.
