Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Automated Systems Integration Specialist to join our specialized engineering team in Bomi City. Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex automation system architectures for diverse manufacturing clients.
- Program and configure Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and SCADA systems.
- Perform site surveys and technical assessments to determine automation requirements for existing production lines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues between mechanical components and digital control systems.
- Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to ensure seamless system deployment.
- Develop technical documentation, including system manuals, wiring diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of newly integrated automated systems to ensure safety and efficiency.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Rockwell, or Schneider Electric).
- Deep understanding of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, and EtherNet/IP.
- Strong knowledge of robotics integration and motion control systems.
- Expertise in reading and interpreting complex electrical and mechanical schematics.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities for real-time troubleshooting.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work within strict timelines.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field is mandatory. Candidates with advanced certifications in industrial automation or specialized software training will be given preference.
Experience
