Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and charismatic Hospitality Operations Manager to oversee the daily functions of our Zwedru facility. This role is critical to ensuring that every guest interaction is seamless and that all departmental operations—from front desk to housekeeping—align with our international brand standards. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Manage and mentor departmental supervisors to maintain high morale and productivity.
- Implement rigorous quality control measures across all guest touchpoints.
- Monitor operational budgets and implement cost-control strategies without compromising quality.
- Coordinate with procurement and maintenance teams to ensure facility excellence.
- Analyze guest feedback and implement corrective actions to improve service ratings.
Required Skills
- Advanced leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest grievances effectively.
- Deep understanding of hospitality industry regulations and safety protocols.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field is mandatory. Professional certifications in hotel operations are highly preferred.
Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a mid-to-large scale hotel environment.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 45,000 SSP to 65,000 SSP, depending on experience and performance metrics.
